Project overview

The project will support people who are homeless and have complex needs. There will be a focus on helping to retain their tenancy through improving life skills, financial capability and better management of their health conditions. By offering service users a bespoke tenancy sustainment plan through early intervention work, individuals will be empowered to make a change.
