Resilient Families - Project

Project overview

Home-Start Trafford and Salford (HSTS) train volunteers from the local community to offer home support to parents who are struggling and 'hard-to-reach' families. This funding will enable them to deliver enhanced mental health and practical support at an earlier stage to 350 families across Trafford, Salford and Wigan. It will also allow them to develop the frameworks, partnerships and referral pathways for their parent to infant mental health programme.
