Project Summary : Bracken Trust Limited, who deliver services to those suffering or recovering from cancer, at their base in Llandrindod Wells will develop wellbeing and community support in Knighton and Llanidloes. This will include a designated 'home support service' and a telephone support system 5 days a week. What Money is for : The grant, over five years, will fund the salaries of three full time equivalent staff posts.
