Time4Wellbeing - Project

Project overview

The group will provide wellbeing sessions in mindfulness, meditation and positive reflection for people in the community who are experiencing difficulties such as redundancy, financial poverty or caring for an ill relative, often resulting in poor mental health. The project will support people to focus on positive strengths and traits, and to build confidence to promote positive health and wellbeing.
