Project overview

This group operates a fleet of accessible and conventional minibuses due to the availability of adequate public transport in the area of South Shields. The project is to upgrade a conventional vehicle with electronic passenger lift and wheelchair restraint and passenger equipment. This will allow for greater participation from groups with disabled members to take part in social activities and access services which at present they find difficult to do so.
