Music Therapy - Project

Project overview

With help from a Lottery grant Meon Valley Carers Together will organise for a therapist to train volunteers and carers to deliver music therapy sessions. The group will buy musical instruments and a PA system and will deliver the training in a variety of venues that are accessible to people from this very rural area. The carers and volunteers will also receive information packs to help them to run the music therapy sessions and they will be given specialist training in dementia care.
