Project overview

The project will replicate their existing service of providing home based volunteer support to families with children aged 0 - 5 to target families with children aged 5 - 11. The new project will work alongside but not overlap the existing service. The volunteers will provide informal and confidential support, help them attend community activities, signpost families onto advice and advocacy services and help them overcome challenges in their lives.
