The project will fund a full-time Financial Inclusion Development Worker and additional hours for existing administrative staff members to provide admin support to development worker and deal with reports, returns and other information required by the funder. The development worker will be the first point of contact for beneficiaries seeking financial advice in disadvantaged communitied in Swansea.
