Project overview

The project will provide an accessible service for women affected by domestic abuse living in rural South Denbighshire in order to overcome barriers currently preventing them from accessing services. New drop-in facilities will be established at the information office and refuge in Denbigh and flexible services will be provided from outreach centres in the rural community. Support sessions will include basic skills, parenting classes, healthy eating, weekend refuge support, counselling and debt advice.
