"The RYP Project" is a three year project, led by Sussex Central YMCA to support young people leaving young offender institutions in Hove and Sussex to help minimise the risk of reoffending. Individual action plans will be drawn up to help young people settle back into the community, find accommodation and access services and activities that will improve their confidence and increase their life skills.
