The project will work with 2000 young people aged 14-20, from disadvantaged parts of North and West Belfast and Lisburn, who are Not in Education Employment or Training (NEET), and are at risk of getting involved in anti-social behaviour and crime. Staff will carry out detached youth work on the streets to build relationships and trust with young people, and then offer them a range of support services, education and training courses, job advice and personal development programmes.
