Social Inclusion Group - Project

Project overview

The grant will fund activities for people with early/mild dementia and their carers across Rhondda Cynon Taff and Merthyr Tydfil. It will provide a range of activities including art therapy, seated exercise, electronic games and therapeutic activities with cognitive stimulation therapy, all designed to stimulate memory and mental dexterity, improve and maintain physical mobility and coordination. Additionally opportunities for social interaction with the wider community through days out will be conducted.
