This is a continuation project by The Furzedown Project that aims to offer older people at risk of isolation Open Access Day Services from their activities centre. The aim of the project is to offer an outreach programme, consisting of befriending home visits and supported transport to the open days to reduce the social isolation and loneliness experienced by many older people.
