Being Me! A supported journey into adulthood - Project
Project overview
Sense will provide tailored support for 50 deafblind/multi-sensory impaired (MSI) young people aged of 14-25 across South-East Wales. Using peer support, residential programmes, activities and an information bank it will help them to develop new relationships and acquire self advocacy, decision and fact finding skills to better understand and influence information about their care. This will help improve their resilience, self-confidence and independence during their transition to adulthood.
