Broadway Homelessness and Support will establish a new Private Rented Sector Social Investment Fund to meet the accommodation needs of people who are homeless. Within six months the fund aims to raise £10m capital to purchase a portfolio of up to 260 properties to house 150 to 600 homeless people, capable of sustaining a tenancy. The project also aims to build investor confidence, engaging 20 new investors; and to extend delivery capacity, by sharing their research with 10 organisations in the sector.
