Project overview

This is a project by a community organisation in Bakewell, Derbyshire. The group will use the funding to commemorate the London Olympic Games by creating a mini Olympic village and covered performance space and arts festival in a public garden. This will develop a temporary outdoor space in which to run a range of community arts, games and recreational activities, celebrate local talent, bring the generations together and reduce isolation.
