Home-Start Conwy Rapid Response - Project

Project overview

The project will expand the service to support families in Conwy reaching crisis, promoting positive parenting and improving take up of local services. A new Family Support worker will work with families across the county allowing quick access to support through a network of dedicated volunteers. Volunteers will be matched with families to provide practical and emotional support at home and access essential services such as Health and Education. The grant will employ four posts and provide running costs.
