Project overview

This continuing project based in Reading aims to provide bespoke training and employability support to disabled or disadvantaged people seeking work.The group will provide an initial assessment of clients, as well as information, skills assessment and action planning. There will also be job search support including CV writing, job clubs, help with completing applications, interview skills audit, volunteering opportunities and mentoring. The project will also offer training from a range of 14 workshops.
