This three year project will recruit and train 450 volunteers from the students of Aberdeen College to undertake coaching, supporting and mentoring roles for 150 Aberdeen Foyer clients. The Foyer works with 16-25 year olds who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. They may have drug/alcohol problems, mental health concerns, be a young offender or at risk of offending. The project will increase their physical activity and will lead to an increase of coaches/volunteers for the Foyer and the College.
