Neath CAB Digital Advice Project - Project

Project overview

The aim of the project is to deliver an advice service in 7 local communities using ICT. The bureau will buy 7 Citizens Advice information kiosks to be located in community centres. The project will recruit and train volunteer community buddies who will be local people to offer help and guidance. Volunteer advisers will be recruited and trained to provide ongoing advice work by telephone, instant messaging and email.
