A national telephone helpline will be established to support people with gender dysphoria (people experiencing anxiety, uncertainty or persistently uncomfortable feelings about their birth gender). Operating from Brighton, the project will aim to help people feeling isolated and reach out to those at risk of suicide. It will also provide links to local support.
