The project will provide DIAL Doncaster with a well staffed telephone helpline, enabling the organisation to develop a more responsive advice service, meet an increasing demand for more detailed information and support and improve outreach to the black and minority ethnic communities in the Doncaster area. This will lead to beneficiaries being able to exercise greater choice in issues affecting their well-being and play a fuller part in community life.
