This project is providing a programme of tailored financial, fundraising and project management advice through standard one to one advice and group training, supplemented by working with organisations within their offices to implement learning. The project also works with voluntary and community organisations to specifically develop contracting expertise. It will provide advice and support to organisations considering moving to social enterprise status as a means of securing long-term viability.
