The project is to refurbish the Centre to offer improved facilities and new activities for people experiencing or recovering from mental health, alcohol or drug problems, and for community groups and organisations to access the new facilities. The grant, over one year, will fund the building works and associated professional fees for the upgrading and renovation of the building.
