A project to regenerate a deprived urban area through the refurbishment of a run down community centre, and the creation of a sensory garden on a plot of disused land opposite the centre. The grant over two years will pay for the refurbishment of the community centre, landscaping costs, fees and salary costs of new full time post of Project Manager.
