The PIFA project will deliver a service to the third sector based on a range of support mechanisms which will help them make informed decisions regarding the most appropriate accredited performance standard to aim towards. The project will do this by providing mentoring and coaching to staff and trustees to ensure that, through the use of performance improvement tools, they have the best possible chance of improving their organisation's management and subsequent service delivery.
