Conflict and Change supports and promotes community-based conflict resolution in Newham. Newham has an extensive black and minority ethnic (BME) community base. This project builds on previous work that centres around building the capacity of BME groups in the borough to help with intercultural, family or interpersonal conflicts that stem from the impact of poverty, something that these communities are especially susceptible to.
