Project overview
The project will provide a range of services to persons in Ceredigion with a life limiting illness and to their families and carers. The three year grant will pay for salaries and recruitment costs of two full time and two part time staff. Bydd y prosiect yn darparu gwasanaeth amrywiol i bobl sy'n dioddef o salwch sy'n cyfyngu ar eu bywydau ac i'w gofalwyr yng Ngheredigion. Bydd y grant dros dair blynedd yn talu am recriwtio a chyflogi dau aelod llawn amser a dau aelod rhan amser o staff.
