Initially established in November 2000, the organisation provides support, care and education for homeless and substance abusers principally in Torbay. The project will now maintain, improve and expand its provision to cater for clients immediate needs (food, hygiene) and reintegration into society (advice, rehabilitation, counselling, educational courses, referrals, workshops, etc). It will include regular surgeries from a variety of agencies expanding positive options available to the client group.
