The Blood Pressure Association was established in 2000 to significantly improve the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of high blood pressure (BP) in order to prevent death and disability from stroke and heart disease. This development project will provide people with accessible tools and information they need to better manage their BP. This project will encourage and drive people to take action to lower their BP through providing information sheets, self-management handbooks, record cards and CD Roms.
