The project will provide advice and information on sexual health, drug and alcohol misuse and teenage pregnancy to Black African, Black Caribbean and Black British young people aged 13 to 25 who live in Slough. It will also help refugees access health care provision. The grant, over two years, will fund the salary of a part-time peer educator, rent, training for beneficiaries, training for staff, general running expenses, recruitment and equipment.
