Outside Chance is established for the care, resettlement and rehabilitation of offenders and the care and support of their families and dependents. This application is a development project of a previous awarded grant which delivered intensive sessions at HM Young Offenders Institute Feltham. This project will deliver and develop the sessions, named 'A career in Crime' to inmates in HM YOI Aylesbury, Reading and Rochester. Outside Chance will help 1080 inmates over the 3 year project.
