Project overview

Through training and employment, the aim of the project is to enable unemployed adults who have overcome substance misuse and prolific, persistent offending but who remain excluded from the labour market, to gain practical work experience, qualifications and skills. Through a social enterprise, the project will create jobs for these adults where they will undertake decorating, maintenance and gardening for disadvantaged communities.
