Project overview

This is a continuation of the successful RC funded Health, Fitness and Finance for Hard to Reach Groups (HFFHRG) project run by DIAL Doncaster (DIAL). The project aims to support the independence, health and well-being of disabled people and those with long term health conditions through the provision of a programme of holistic services covering IAG and health workshops. A helpline will also act as the gateway point into services.
