Project overview

This project aims to offer activities for older isolated people including visiting art galleries and theatres, taking part in gardening projects, volunteering and attending health awareness courses. It expects to see an increase in older people supporting each other outside of the activities and offering friendship and support outside of the activities. The outcome of project will help contribute towards a reduction in the need for support from health and social care services.
