Project overview

The organisation will use the funding to create welcome packs that will be given to young carers and their families accessing the groups services for the first time. This will enable the group to provide young carers with information and resources to help them understand what support is available, as well as therapeutic resources such as notepads, medical visit log books and signposting for additional services if they are needed, improving the wellbeing of young carers and their families.
