The organisation will use the funding to host two days of activities to celebrate its 10th anniversary and its achievements working with African refugees and asylum seekers as they adjust to life in the UK. The events are open to all and will promote African cultures, through dance, music and culinary activities to help alleviate the social isolation felt by many members of the African communities in the area.
