Project overview

This project aims to help disadvantaged black, Asian, and minority ethnic women to gain better access to self-help support. It will be delivered in a safe women-only space to empower and enable them to become independent and advocate for themselves, and their families. The project will provide a community wellness cafÃ©, counselling sessions and workshops for women who have experienced trauma, resulting in poor self-esteem and mental well-being.
