Community Support Network - Project

Project overview

The group is based in the City Life Centre in Belfast. Their two year Community Support Network project is using a £119,700 grant to deliver their current Real Me and LILY programmes to more women and build the skills of women in the area. The Real Me programme, for women over 18, uses life coaching and cognitive behavioural therapy tools to empower women to reach their goals. The LILY programme, for 12-18 year old girls, improves mental health and wellbeing and helps them focus on the future.
