Hope into Action - Peterborough - Project

Project overview

This Peterborough based project will support people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. It will do this by providing a room in a supported house, as well as addressing any issues preventing them from maintaining a tenancy. These homes offer care, friendship and encouragement whilst supporting people with their varied and often embedded needs. Workers will identify people’s strengths and future aspirations, and work with them to access the appropriate services to achieve their potential.
