Project overview

The group will continue to deliver healthy living activities for older people in South Tyneside so more older people can access the free gym, exercises sessions, networking events and information packs. They will develop an online network to encourage older people to get online and provide them with support and sign posting to service providers, information on specific health issues, and advice and guidance to improve their health and wellbeing.
