Additional Support & Inclusive Activities for Vulnerable Adults - Project

Project overview

The funding will be used by the project to provide additional activities for vulnerable adults experiencing increased isolation following covid-19 restrictions. Sessions will include physical activities such as dance and games nutrition training walking groups drama workshops and mental health support. The project aims to improve mental wellbeing increase confidence improve self esteem whilst reducing isolation and loneliness.
