Project overview

This project will support people with disabilities such as brain injury neurological disorders cognitive difficulties and those affected neurologically by long COVID and family and carers in central Peterborough. It will develop a weekly social connections programme and offer peer support and activities to improve executive functioning and coping strategies. It will have volunteers and peer mentors who will be trained to co-facilitate the programme.
