The organisation provides physical, sport and recreational activities specifically targeted at elderly people, the disabled and those with long term health problems. Since it was established in 1998 the groups has been very successful, so much so, that they have now outgrown their current premises. The group are currently housed in a three storey residential home and a large portakabin.
