Coronavirus Community Support Fund Value for Money Report
The CCSF had two main objectives:
- To increase community support to people disproportionately affected by the COVID-19 crisis, through the work of civil society organisations.
- To reduce temporary closures of essential VCSE organisations and social enterprises, ensuring services for people disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 had the financial resources to operate, and so reduce the burden on public services.
The CCSF Evaluation included an economic evaluation of the grant programme and the following report addresses the question of whether the CCSF grant spending provided value for money by considering the cost benefit, economy, and efficiency of the CCSF grant programme.
