Projects working to improve the confidence and wellbeing of young people across Scotland are sharing in £2,209,758 of Young Start funding this Children’s Mental Health Week.
Community led groups across Scotland are today (TUESDAY 31 January) sharing in over £1.5 million of National Lottery funding to distribute to individuals most vulnerable to the cost-of-living pressures.
A hotel on Arran, which is to be taken over by a local group and run for the benefit of the community, is one of eight projects to have received funding in the most recent round of grants awarded by the Scottish Land Fund.

The National Lottery Community Fund, which delivers the Young Start fund, today (WEDNESDAY 19 OCTOBER) announces £1,876,551 to 23 youth led projects that will help develop the skills and talents of thousands of young Scots.
Four groups have received a total of £853,022 from the Scottish Land Fund to buy land and buildings and transform them for the benefit of their local communities.
