Giving Voice to People with Disabilities in Mozambique - Project
Project overview
The project, in Mozambique, is to give a voice to people with disabilities through a space in which to exercise that right. This will be done by creating new forums in three regions of Mozambique along with expanding existing radio clubs. Beneficiaries will be trained to interview influential people from the local community, encouraging debate on the issues affecting those with disabilities. The interviews will then be broadcast to the local communities in the appropriate languages.
