Sierra Leone, now recovering from a devastating civil war, may soon be fighting another battle, against HIV/AIDS. This project will help reduce the spread of HIV/ AIDS in two potential 'hotspots', Kissy on the outskirts of Freetown and Kambia, one of the poorest districts in Sierra Leone. It will focus particularly on children and young people and will work to influence or change attitudes and practices which spread HIV/AIDS.
