Working remotely to support our people and communities throughout Wales
Despite the current difficulties in our lives, The National Lottery Community Fund has remained constant, with our priority being to support people and communities throughout Wales.
Since April 2020 we have distributed over 660 awards made through either grant variations or new applications, amounting to nearly £19 million. These awards have helped to tackle both the emergency and provide longer term funding beyond the immediate crisis.
All of our colleagues in Wales are working remotely. Our transition to remote working has been smooth and hasn’t affected us getting funding as quickly as possible to charities and community organisations, big and small. We will remain to work remotely in accordance with Welsh Government guidelines.
With this approach working well we decided not to extend the lease on our office in Helmont House, Cardiff which came to an end in November 2020. Instead we have taken up temporary accommodation in Baltic House, Mount Stuart Square, Cardiff Bay. Our contact details have been updated HERE (link to our ‘contact us’ page)
We want to reassure our current grant holders and customers that our current working arrangements will not affect our service to them. You can contact us at 029 2168 0214 or email us at wales@tnlcommunityfund.org.uk
