The National Lottery Community Fund’s Climate Action Fund is making up to £8 million available to community projects across the UK that are focusing on the link between nature and climate.

Hope Church’s work initially began during the first lockdown as they shopped for those unable to leave the house, before evolving into delivering free, emergency, food parcels and offering a telephone befriending service.
